Question: Owen won't go to bed until like 10 or later recently. Should I stop his naps? He use to go to bed latest 8. Maybe he's done?

We both have been sick and it is taking me forever to fall asleep too. Is it just the sickness? I'm so confused.


Please help me, I'm tired!!!!

Emmett hasn't taken naps since July and it was SO hard (for me) at first but now it's so much easier cause he was doing the same thing-NOT sleeping til really late at night. Now it's better but if he DOES take a nap he seriously won't go to bed before 10pm...but I don't know what I'm doing so I'm probably not the best for advice:)
